The sea view from my room was stunning, but the air conditioning was inadequate, making it uncomfortable at times. Staff were friendly but slow to respond to requests, impacting my overall experience.

Private parking on site provided. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. All in all great setting right by the Seapoint promenade and all the restaurants along Main Road as well as green point and sea point...
A bit disappointing area.

Had deluxe room with a safe as well as the tea. Really tasty breakfast for the start of the day with salmon and bacon. Magnificent, favourable location in the nice enough area.

And I enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast with an excellent array of options including freshly prepared eggs. The ocean view from my room was amazing, and the access to the nearby promenade was a lovely bonus.
Wi-Fi setup needs improvement.

The staff were very professional and friendly.
They changed the bed sheets and towels everyday, They should ask the guest to put aside towels they would like to change, and change bedsheets every three days. We are in Africa and water shortages is a big issue. So water savings is a must.

I had a welcome with really good service at check-in. Every staff member was efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable, but the lack of a plug in the bathtub was a disappointment. The cleaning could be improved. I noticed some spots on the carpet that didn't seem clean. I did like the fantastic view from my room. It was also nice to have a spacious family room, but the bathroom setup was a bit awkward. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and breakfast had a great variety, though I felt it could be more affordable. My experience was a mix of comfort and minor inconveniences.

The hotel is located centrally and within walking distance of the beach and many other amenities. In terms of the cost it was an attraction as well as my final decision was based on this.
I was allocated a room that had 2 single beds next to each other. My wife and I felt extremely uncomfortable about this. As we arrived late, after 10, we did not want to inconvenience any of the night shift staff. However, the next morning I indicated my concerns to Denzil, who then upgraded me to room 501. When I made the booking, my impression was that all rooms would have the bed facility as a double or king size bed. As I travel a lot, other hotels at less cost would have given me a double bed. In terms of some of the catering arrangements, my wife so much wanted an omlette, but becasue the chef was mixing the meat on the same plate that he was frying the eggs, we decided not persue. When I booked, I indicated the possibility of halaal food. My expectation was that I would receive some form of notification that something special could be arranged.
